Arrival in Amalfi Coast (D)
Private transfer to the Hotel, welcome drink, dinner and overnight.
The Roman Villas of Stabie and the Gragnano’s Pasta (B, L)
After breakfast departure to Gragnano, homeland af the homonym “pasta”, an Italian patrimony dates back in the centuries and renowned all over the world. You will visit a local “pastificio” (pasta factory) to discover all secrets of pasta production cycle. At the end you will enjoy two different kind of pasta.
In the afternoon departure to Castellammare, very particular town with its 28 water springs, each with different curative properties. You will visit the thermal bath and the archeological park of Stabiae, buried, like Pompei and Ercolano, in the 79 A.D. following the eruption of Vesuvius.
Back to the hotel, free time for dinner and overnight.
Ancient Greek and Bufalo Mozzarella cheese (B, L)
Breakfast to the hotel and departure for Paestum, home to one of Europe's most gorgeous and world’s best preserved archaeological zones of Magna Grecia. You will visit the Temples of Nettuno, Cerere, Hera, the ancient city walls, the iconic Basilica with its 50 Doric columns and the famous Tomb of the Diver in the Museum.
Following the park, you will make a stop to the Bufalo mozzarella factory where you will discover how it’s made and you will learn the secrets about artisanal cheese making. At the end you will have the oportunity to taste the creamy and the freshness of this italian “white gold”.
Back to the hotel, free time for dinner and overnight.
Volcano Vesuvius and its Grape Wine (B, L)
After breakfast departure to Vesuvius, the mighty volcano, symbol of the city of Naples. Passing through a lunar area and walking on a volcanic path, you will admire wisps of smoldering steam, up to the crater's edge…from there the view of Naples and its bay is absolutelly fantastic!
Once you will get down, a DOC Vesuvius grape tasting is one will do right there (è proprio quello che ci vuole). You will visit a farm producing the famous Lacryma Christy (white, red and rosè wine).
Back to the hotel, free time for dinner and overnight.
Naples and pizza (B, D)
Breakfast to the hotel and departure to Naples, the city of sun! You will visit main attractions of the city, witness of the past life: the Archaeological Museum, Seafront promenade Caracciolo, Plebiscito Square, Royal Palace and the 8 statues representing the main kings of Naples, San Carlo Opera house, Vicereale Palace, Umberto I° Gallery, the Castle Maschio Angioino and finally the Dome with the Museum of the treasure of San Gennaro.
Free time for luch and free afternoon in Naples.
At the end you will dinner in a characteristic napolitan “pizzeria” where you will enjoy some different types of pizza.
Back to the hotel and overnight.
